Shannon Kobylarczyk

Wisconsin Attorney & Corporate Counsel

About

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Shannon Kobylarczyk built her life and career on the foundation of perseverance, integrity, and love for family. Growing up in Green Bay as one of five children, she learned early on the value of hard work and compassion from her parents — her father, a medical sales representative, and her mother, an elementary school secretary. Those lessons shaped a mindset grounded in gratitude and resilience. Shannon began her professional life in accounting, earning her BBA from St. Norbert College in just three years. After fifteen successful years in finance, she pursued a lifelong dream of becoming an attorney, enrolling in the part-time program at Marquette University Law School while working full time. It was during this demanding period that she faced one of life’s greatest challenges — her son’s brain tumor diagnosis — yet she pressed on, graduating in 2009 with unwavering determination. For over two decades, Shannon served at ManpowerGroup, where she rose from accounting to Associate General Counsel, overseeing Securities, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. Her leadership was defined by empathy, diligence, and advocacy for ethics in business. Today, Shannon continues to reflect the qualities that have defined her journey — resilience, grace under pressure, and a genuine desire to help others. She is passionate about mental health awareness, emphasizing that strength also means knowing when to prioritize one’s own well-being. Her story is one of perseverance, growth, and the enduring power of self-compassion.
